One Million Leaders

In 2022, I set a 15-year goal to help one million people be better leaders.

Why? I believe that you can make the world a better place when you have better leaders.

Snoqualmie Valley Women in Leadership
In January 2023, I posted on a local Facebook group inquiring if there were any women leaders interested in networking. I received an incredible response and created Snoqualmie Valley Women in Leadership. Read more about our story here. The organization is dedicated to fostering connection, growth and support for women leaders in my local community.

I am actively seeking my next leadership role where I can influence the trajectory of a purpose-driven company. In addition to my experience in business and people operations, I am a talented team builder and excel at leadership development.
